The manufacture of Spunbond Nonwoven fabrics involves a continuous process, which covert thermoplastic raw material (Polypropylene), into a web composed of continuous filaments. The polypropylene granules are meltspun through jets into thousands of fibers with a diameter of +/-20 microns (2.8-3.0 dtex). These very fine filaments are uniformly laid down into random three - dimensional structure. The web is then presented to a calender, which thermally bond the web in consolidated Spunbond fabrics.

Spunbond is highly versatile and it meets the need of diverse range of products like medical, hygienic and industrial market application& is fast replacing traditional favric.The properties of the fabric are breathable, soft light, chemical resistant, nontoxic and environment friendly.Our goal is to supply immaculate quality of non woven fabric to gain the trust of our national and international cutomers.

1) Take polypropylene as the main raw material, made from small fiber components, the point hot-melt adhesive form, finished product are soft moderate, with comfort.
2) high strength, anti-chemical, anti-static, waterproof, breathable, antibacterial, non-toxic, non-irritating, not mildew, and isolate the bacteria in the presence of liquid and the erosion of insects

3) Color: according to customer requirements, or to sample as the standard. Common colors: red, Caolv, yellow, Gem blue, health blue with storage, welcome customers to buy.
Packaging: on the paper pipevolume diameter of 76 MM, plastic film packaging.

4) Use of products: medical and health supplies categories: masks, shoe sets, isolation clothing, patient clothing, disposable surgical clothing, disposable bed sheets, pillowcase.

5)Packing:Rolled with paper tube,packed with PE plastic bag (Customized)

6) Payment terms:T/T 30% for deposit and rest should be paid after sending the copy of B/L or L/C at sight
